Terms for both the originators and the supporters:

To protect the rights of the creators, the originators must be the creator or heir of the original artwork and have to follow our rules and regulations, We have the right to terminate the cooperation once it is discovered that the originator has used others’ artwork illegitimately or violated our rules and regulations.

To protect the rights of the supporters, once the project is successfully launched, originators are not allowed to use the same artwork to produce interrelated products, in any shape or form, with any third party within the year.

After the project is successfully launched and the operating cost is deducted, we will 50/50 share the overall profits of the project with the originators. Relevant payments will be paid to the originators 30 days after all products are shipped.

After placing the order, if supporter finds any missing or errors in the order, personal, and delivery information, please contact the customer service within 1 month after the project has successfully launched to request for further information changes. If the packaging of the product is damaged during transportation, please take a photo as evidence immediately after signing the receipt of shipment and contact the customer service to return and re-deliver the product.If the product is lost during transportation, please contact the customer service immediately. We will investigate the shipping process of the product for you and come up a solution.

If the product you receive is different from what you order, please contact the customer service immediately to return and re-deliver the product.

If you refuse to collect the product without a valid reason and request re-delivery, we have the rights to charge you a ‘refusal’ shipping fee.

We accept freight collect via SF Express.

Copyright:

Copyright is the right given to the owner of an original work, and becoming an originator does not change your ownership of the artwork. Becoming an originator means that you authorise Miura Project to use your artwork for once, Miura Project does not have any rights to reuse or re-authorise your artwork for other commercial use as well.


Intellectual Property:

The website, including text, content, software, video, music, sound, graphics, photographs, illustrations, artwork, names, logos, trademarks, service marks and other material (“Content”) is protected by copyrights, trademarks and/or other proprietary rights. The Content includes both content owned or controlled by Miura Project and content owned or controlled by third parties and licensed to Miura Project. All individual reports, articles, and other elements making up the website may be copyright works. You agree to abide by all additional copyright notices or restrictions contained in the website.

Without the consent from Miura Project, you are not allowed to use any Miura Project trademarks and names.

Other than the limited right awarded by Miura Project, you may not copy, reproduce, recompile, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, upload to create derivative works from, transmit, or in any other way exploit any part of the website.


No Warranty:

We make no warranties that the website will operate uninterreupted We do not warrant that the website is compatible with your computer equipment or that the website or its server is free of errors or viruses, worms or “Trojan horses”.
